To report a scammer or suspected price gouging, go to N.J. Division of Consumer Affairs at (973) 504-6240 or at http://njconsumeraffairs.gov.

Gov. Murphy set up a 24-hour hotline where trained health care professionals are standing by to answer questions about coronavirus. The number is 1-800-222-1222 and the call is free. If using an out-of-state phone line, call 1-800-962-1253.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has a good web page called guide for business and employers for dealing with the Coronavirus.


The Trenton Business Emergency Loan Program

In response to the COVID-19 crisis, the City of Trenton seeks to provide low-interest loans to Trenton businesses to help them remain in business and protect jobs.

The Loan Fund is restricted to Trenton businesses within the Urban Enterprise Zone. Businesses outside the Zone are still encouraged to complete an application in the event unrestricted funds become available.

NJEDA Announces Application Date for Grants for
Businesses Impacted by COVID-19

The First of Several Programs Designed to Support Businesses Facing COVID-19 Related Economic Challenges

TRENTON, N.J. (March 31, 2020) - The New Jersey Economic Development Authority (NJEDA) will launch the application for its Small Business Emergency Assistance Grant Program on Friday, April 3, 2020 at 9:00 am. A link to the grant program application will be posted on the State's COVID-19 Business Information Hub. The grant program is part of a package of initiatives announced last week to support businesses and workers facing economic hardship due to the outbreak of the novel coronavirus COVID-19.
