“Arnold Moses, the architect . . . designed two stained glass windows on either side of the main entrance to the Senate Chamber. The windows were executed and signed by Nicola De Ascenzo who was probably the owner of the stained glass shop . . . ‘Justice,’ and ‘Peace,’ the title of each window, are read from the outside, but the best view is obtained from the interior of the Chamber. Each window has a similar design built around three central figures, two are seated.” – Zara Cohan, A Comprehensive History of the State House of New Jersey
