“Originally built as the natural history exhibit room for the State Museum, this room was devoted to the study and exhibition of Native American culture, artifacts and way of life. To commemorate the Lenape, who occupied scattered sties around present-day Trenton, Howard McCormick painted two murals over the main door – Indian Worshiping Sun, and Indian With bow and Arrow Hunting Ducks.” – Downtown Trenton Artwalk
