The Trenton Pop-Up Market is a limited time pop-up shop series dedicated to connecting small businesses to the community and the resources needed to grow/expand. Saturdays: 5/11, 5/18, 5/25, 6/1, 6/8, 6/15, 1 to 5 pm. Free to attend. $35 to vend.

The Trent House is hosting its first Festival de la Familia - Family Festival on May 4, from 10 am to 4 pm. Vendors will be selling jewelry, art, clothing, crafts, and more.Community organizations will share information on their services and programs.Art and sports activities for children will be organized. Local restaurants will sell snacks.

The exhibition explores indigenous cultural practices using tree bark. Communities all over the world harvest bark, using it as a source of food, medicine & to create everyday objects and works of art. Learn how bark is harvested, crafted and how these ancient traditions continue today.

This month’s family craft project is courtesy of the Williamson family of Trenton. We will take family photos with the museum's lovely spring-themed hall as the background, and then paint a colorful flower pot to take home.

“Discovering Grant Castner: The Lost Archive of a New Jersey Photographer.“ is an exhibit featuring the work of Grant Castner, a prolific New Jersey-based photographer who worked from the 1890s to the 1910s.

This exhibition, curated by Janis Purcell, features works by Jackie Lima, David Orban and Paul Smith. On view May 10 - June 30.
